Win Win Cranberry Spice Coffee

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • Coffee: 1 cup (240 ml) of Win Win Signature Blend (medium roast) — balanced flavor that works well with fruity and spiced notes

  • Cranberry syrup (see recipe below) — about 30 ml (2 tablespoons), or to taste

  • Warm spices:
     • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
     • A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
     • A small pinch of ground cloves or nutmeg (optional)

  • Milk or creamer (optional) — as preferred

  • Whipped cream or a few dried cranberries (for garnish, optional)

Cranberry Syrup (makes ~1 cup; store in fridge)

  • 1 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to desired sweetness)

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions for syrup:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry juice and sugar.

  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

  3. Add the cinnamon (and optional spices).

  4. Let simmer gently for 5–8 minutes, until slightly thickened (remember it will thicken more once cooled).

  5. Remove from heat and cool. Strain if needed. Transfer into a clean bottle or jar and refrigerate.

InstructionS:

  1. Brew a fresh cup (240 ml) of Win Win Signature Blend using your preferred method (drip, pour-over, French press, etc.).

  2. Add ~30 ml (2 Tbsp) of the cranberry spice syrup into the hot coffee. Taste, and adjust by adding more syrup if you like it sweeter or fruitier.

  3. Stir in the warm spices (¼ tsp cinnamon, pinch cardamom, pinch cloves/nutmeg).

  4. If desired, add milk, creamer, or a splash of half-and-half to soften the flavors.

  5. Top with whipped cream and/or a few dried cranberries for garnish (optional).

  6. Serve immediately, while warm.
