We aspire to redefine the global coffee experience by pioneering a supply chain that not only showcases the excellence of our coffee but also channels a healthy portion of industry revenue back to the communities from which it springs. We aim to bridge the equity gap and cultivate generational wealth while celebrating vibrant black coffee traditions that have been passed down through the ages. We are crafting a future where each cup of Win Win Coffee brews a brighter, more inclusive, and purposeful world.

At Win Win Coffee, we aim to shake up the coffee world and have a blast while doing so! We're turning the coffee industry on its head by crafting a supply chain that's all about celebrating the vibrant and diverse African diaspora. We aim to bring equity to the coffee supply chain, centering the African diaspora, and crafting a community-powered coffee experience that's as rich in flavor as it is in purpose.
NIKISHA BAILEY
My journey began with a childhood memory of my mother enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee—a small yet significant luxury that taught me the power of finding joy in life's simple pleasures and using them to drive positive change. This principle is at the heart of Win Win Coffee.
My career in the music industry refined my ability to create connections and orchestrate harmony. As the first in my family to pursue higher education, I made my way to New York, starting as an intern at Atlantic Records and eventually reaching the position of Vice President.
Beyond music, my passion for making a positive impact led me to serve on the Executive Board for The Grammys, become a founding member of Chief and The Ned, and teach at Drexel University.
Now, in partnership with my longtime friend Matt, we've launched Win Win Coffee, aiming to revolutionize the coffee industry, championing transparency, ethical sourcing, and empowering farmers in the supply chain.

MATT NAM
Hi, I'm Matt, one of the founders of Win Win Coffee. I'm a passionate coffee lover and entrepreneur with a mission to make the world a better place, one cup of coffee at a time.
I grew up in Jamaica, a country with a rich history of coffee. My grandparents owned a small farm, and I spent every weekend there as a child, learning about different plants and their various growing processes. I walked the lands with my grandparents, helped them with the harvests, and learned about the importance of sustainable farming practices from them.
My love of coffee, community and my Jamaican heritage inspired me to start Win Win Coffee. I wanted to create a coffee company that would make a positive impact on the world, both for coffee lovers and for coffee farmers.
We source our beans from sustainable farms around the world, and we pay our farmers a living price for their beans. We also visit the farms regularly to ensure that our coffee is grown and processed to the highest standards.
I'm so grateful for the opportunity to share my love of coffee with you. I hope you'll join me on my journey to make the world a better place, one cup of coffee at a time.
