Win Win Toasted Marshmallow Mocha 🍫🔥

We’ll use the Win Win Coffee Signature Blend as the base because it’s versatile and well-suited for a decadent drink like this.

What you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • 2 shots of espresso (or about 60 ml strong brewed coffee) using Win Win Coffee Signature Blend

  • 150 ml steamed milk (or your choice of milk: dairy, oat, almond, etc.)

  • 30 ml marshmallow syrup (or 2 tablespoons marshmallow sauce)

  • 20 ml chocolate syrup (or 1½ tablespoons)

  • Whipped cream, for topping

  • Mini marshmallows (about a handful)

  • Optional: chocolate shavings or drizzle for garnish

  • Optional: torch or under-broiler for toasting marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso. Using the Win Win Coffee Signature Blend, pull 2 shots of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, brew a strong coffee concentrate (~60 ml) to substitute.

  2. Steam or heat the milk. In a frother or saucepan, heat 150 ml milk until it’s hot but not boiling, and froth slightly so there’s some foam.

  3. Mix the flavour base. In your favourite mug, combine the marshmallow syrup and chocolate syrup.

  4. Add espresso. Pour the espresso over the syrup mixture, stirring gently so the syrups dissolve.

  5. Pour the steamed milk. Slowly pour the steamed milk into the mug, holding back the foam and then topping with foam if you like.

  6. Top with whipped cream. Add a generous swirl of whipped cream.

  7. Add mini marshmallows. Sprinkle a handful of mini marshmallows on top of the whipped cream.

  8. Toast the marshmallows. If safe and available: use a kitchen torch or quickly place the mug under a broiler (watch carefully) until the marshmallows begin to toast/golden. This adds the signature “toasted” flavour and aroma.

  9. Garnish and serve. Drizzle a little extra chocolate syrup over the top, maybe add some chocolate shavings for extra richness. Serve immediately while warm.
