Nothing says “November comfort” like the first sip of a Gingerbread Latte, warm, spiced, and nostalgic. This version uses Win Win Coffee’s Signature Blend, known for its smooth body, chocolatey notes, and balanced flavor, the perfect match for cozy holiday spices.
🧾 Ingredients (1 serving)
For the Gingerbread Syrup:
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
1 ½ tbsp molasses (adds that signature gingerbread depth)
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Latte:
2 shots Win Win Signature Blend espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed Signature Blend coffee)
¾ cup milk of choice (whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk)
2–3 tbsp gingerbread syrup (adjust to taste)
Whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed cookie for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Syrup
Simmer water, brown sugar, molasses, and spices over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and let cool. Store in a jar for up to 2 weeks.
2. Brew the Coffee
Brew 2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong Win Win Signature Blend coffee. Its smooth and balanced flavor complements the gingerbread spices perfectly.
3. Froth the Milk
Steam or froth your milk until velvety.
4. Assemble
Pour espresso into a mug. Stir in gingerbread syrup. Add steamed milk, then top with froth or whipped cream. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon or a mini gingerbread cookie.
