Ingredients (1 serving)
1 tsp matcha powder (high-quality, ceremonial grade)
2 oz hot water (175°F / 80°C)
1 shot of Win Win Ethiopian espresso (or 2 oz strong brewed coffee)
½ cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
1 tsp sweetener (honey, vanilla syrup, or simple syrup – optional)
Ice (for an iced version)
Instructions
1. Prepare the matcha:
Sift matcha into a bowl to prevent clumps.
Add hot water and whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
Stir in sweetener if using.
2. Brew the Win Win Ethiopian espresso:
Pull a fresh shot of espresso or brew strong coffee.
3. Froth or steam the milk:
Warm it for a hot drink or keep it cold for an iced version.
4. Assemble the drink:
For iced fusion: Fill a glass with ice, pour matcha first, then add milk, and slowly pour the espresso on top for a layered effect.
For hot fusion: Pour matcha into a cup, add warm milk, and then gently pour the espresso over it.
