Win Win Dirty Strawberry Matcha Recipe
Ingredients (per serving):
1 shot (30 ml) of fresh espresso brewed using WIN WIN Signature Blend
1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup (200 g strawberries blended and sweetened, or use a pre-made strawberry syrup)
240 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
Ice (for an iced version) or steamed/frothed milk (for hot)
Fresh strawberry slice or matcha dust for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Brew the espresso
Use your espresso machine or alternative method to pull a shot using Signature Blend. Set aside.
Prepare the matcha
Sift 1 tsp matcha into a bowl to prevent clumps.
Whisk gently with 2–3 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy.
Mix in strawberry
Stir in 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup (or freshly blended strawberries) into the matcha to marry the flavors.
Combine and layer
If making iced: fill a glass with ice, pour over the matcha–strawberry mix, then gently pour the espresso shot on top to create a layered effect.
If making hot: heat or froth your milk, pour into a cup, then add the matcha–strawberry blend followed by the espresso shot.
Finish with flair
Garnish with a thin strawberry slice on the rim or a light dusting of matcha on top for visual appeal.
