☕ Ingredients:
2 oz espresso or strong brew / 1 shot using WIN WIN Ethiopia, Single Origin
½ tsp ground cardamom (or 2–3 crushed green cardamom pods)
¾ cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
1–2 tsp rose syrup (store‑bought or homemade)
Optional: sweetener (if you’d like it sweeter)
Optional garnish: edible dried rose petals or a dusting of cardamom

Hot Latte Version
Brew the coffee
Pull a shot of espresso or brew a strong 2 oz cup using WIN WIN Ethiopia, Single Origin beans.Infuse the milk
Heat the milk with ground cardamom over low–medium until fragrant, about 2–3 minutes. Stir occasionally. (Strain out pods if using them.)Froth the milk
Use a steam wand, handheld frother, or shake in a sealed jar until frothy.Add rose syrup
Add rose syrup to your coffee mug and stir gently to combine.Combine
Pour in the frothed milk slowly into the coffee. Stir gently to blend.Garnish
Garnish with dried rose petals or a sprinkle of cardamom for an elegant finish.
Iced Latte Version
Brew the espresso or strong coffee, let it cool slightly.
Mix coffee with rose syrup.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Heat milk with cardamom on stovetop for 2–3 minutes, cool or use cold milk infused with ground cardamom.
Pour coffee over ice, top with milk, stir.
Garnish optionally with rose petals or cardamom dust.
