Win Win Iced Mexican Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot (1 oz) espresso or ½ cup strong brewed Win Win Coffee Signature Blend, cooled

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, like oat or almond)

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (or 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 tablespoon sugar, dissolved in warm water)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional – adds a subtle heat)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

  • Ground cinnamon or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew and cool your coffee or espresso. You can chill it in the fridge or let it cool at room temperature.

  2. In a glass or shaker, combine the chocolate syrup, cinnamon, cayenne (if using), vanilla extract, and milk. Stir or shake until well mixed.

  3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice, then add the spiced chocolate milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or chocolate shavings, if desired.
