Win Win Cold Brew Recipe

Ingredients:

● 1 cup (120 grams) of coarsely ground Win Win Coffee Signature or Ethiopian beans

● 4 cups (about 950 milliliters) of cold or room temperature water

Equipment:

● Large pitcher with lid

● Coffee grinder

● Mesh strainer

● Paper coffee filter (optional, for finer filtration)

Instructions:

1. Grind the Coffee Beans: Grind the beans to a coarse consistency, similar to

breadcrumbs. This coarser grind helps prevent over-extraction and bitterness in the cold

brew.

2. Combine Coffee and Water: In the large pitcher, add the coarsely ground coffee and

pour in the water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully saturated with

water.

3. Steep the Coffee: Cover the jar or pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap and let it steep at

room temperature for 12-24 hours. You can adjust the steeping time based on your

preference for strength. Longer steeping times can result in a stronger and more

concentrated cold brew.

4. Strain the Cold Brew: After the steeping period, strain the cold brew to remove the

coffee grounds. You can use a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or a paper

coffee filter for this.
