Win Win Caramel Brulée Latte

Ingredients (1 serving )

  • 2 shots espresso using WIN WIN Signature Blend beans (or ~½ cup strong brewed coffee if no espresso machine)

  • 1 cup milk (whole milk preferred though plant milk works too)

  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (store-bought or house-made)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra warmth)

  • For the brulée topping:
     - 1 tablespoon sugar (white or turbinado)
     - Whipped cream (optional, but gives a nice café touch)
     - Extra caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Pull your espresso (or brew strong coffee) with WIN WIN Signature Blend.

  2. In a mug, add caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Pour the hot espresso over it and stir until smoothly blended. This creates a caramel-rich base.

  3. Steam or heat the milk until hot (but not boiling). Froth if you can, a frother, French press, or whisk works. Pour the milk over the espresso + caramel base.

  4. Top with foam (if frothed) or leave it milky-smooth.

  5. Create the brulée topping: Sprinkle sugar evenly over the foam/milk surface. For a simple version, skip torching, just add a layer of whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel.

    • If you want a classic “brulée” effect and you have a kitchen torch, carefully torch the sugar until golden and a bit crusty.

  6. Drizzle more caramel on top of whipped cream (or sugar crust). Serve immediately so you get that warm brulée crunch and creamy latte beneath.
