Zodiac Cocktail Series: Win Win Ram’s Rush Carajillo

A bold and spiced take on the classic Carajillo, infused with fiery Aries energy.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884 Tennessee Whiskey (smooth with caramel & spice notes)

• 1 oz Cinnamon-Infused Simple Syrup (recipe below)

• 1 oz Licor 43 (for that signature vanilla-citrus warmth)

• 2 oz Win Win Signature Blend espresso (bold and rich, perfect for the kick)

• Ice (for shaking)

• Cinnamon stick (for garnish, optional)

• Ground cinnamon (for a light dusting on top, optional)

Cinnamon-Infused Simple Syrup Recipe:

1. In a small saucepan, combine:

   • ½ cup water

   • ½ cup sugar

   • 2 cinnamon sticks

2. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes until the cinnamon fully infuses.

3. Let it cool, then strain out the cinnamon sticks. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Instructions:

1. Brew your espresso using Win Win Signature Blend and let it cool slightly.

2. In a shaker, add:

   • Whiskey

   • Licor 43

   • Ice

3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
